Orders

Please note that all orders will be dispatched within 7 business days from the order date, to allow for embroidery.

 

Shipping

We ship Australia wide with Sendle, at a flat rate charge of $12.00 per individually boxed sleep set.

Standard shipping is 3-7 business days depending on the delivery location. Delivery to WA, NT, TAS and rural suburbs can take an additional 5-7 business days to be delivered.

A tracking link will be provided via email as soon as the order has been dispatched.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of personalised embroidery, we do not offer a returns or exchange policy. However if you do encounter any issues, please feel free to contact us here and we will try our absolute best to work it through together with you.
